Lawful and authorized use
Use Bizcraw only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, systems and data you are authorized to access or process. You are responsible for the sources, instructions and recipients used in your workspace.
- Follow applicable laws, website terms and provider policies
- Respect access controls, privacy rights and intellectual property
- Use the minimum data needed for a legitimate business purpose
Scraping and collected data
Do not use Bizcraw to bypass authentication, paywalls, robots restrictions or technical safeguards. Review each source before a run and avoid collecting sensitive personal data unless you have a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards.
- Do not collect credentials, financial account data or authentication secrets
- Do not target private areas or data obtained through unauthorized access
- Do not conceal unlawful collection behind proxies, automation or third-party Actors
Prohibited activity
Bizcraw must not be used to harm people, systems or networks.
- Malware, phishing, fraud, impersonation or deceptive activity
- Harassment, discrimination, surveillance or exploitation
- Security testing without the system owner's permission
- Attempts to evade quotas, rate limits, approvals or workspace boundaries
Outreach and CRM use
Collected records do not automatically create permission to contact a person. Users must apply applicable consent, suppression, opt-out and marketing communication rules before outreach.
- Do not send spam or misleading communications
- Honor opt-outs and suppression lists
- Keep claims, sender identity and contact purpose accurate
AI Agent and MCP
Review AI-generated output before relying on it. Do not use the AI Agent or MCP connections to bypass user permissions, approval gates or client safety controls. Protect tokens and revoke connections that are no longer trusted.
- Grant only the scopes a client needs
- Confirm sensitive and paid actions before execution
- Do not place passwords, tokens or provider secrets in prompts
Enforcement and reporting
Bizcraw may limit or suspend access when activity threatens users, third parties or the service. Potential abuse, privacy concerns and security issues should be reported through the current process described on the Contact or Security page. Do not include passwords, access tokens or live customer data in an initial report.
